Cancellation Policy

A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. You can choose to enter your credit card details on a secure server or you can send them to us by fax.
Credit cards will only be debited if one or more of the following conditions occur.

Non-Holiday Reservations
Cancellations more than 15 days prior to arrival - $25.00
Cancellations less than 15 days prior to arrival and No Shows- 50% of full duration charge or one night charge, which ever is greater.

Holiday Reservations
Cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival - $25.00
Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival and No Shows - full duration of booking will be charged.
Holiday Periods Include: May-Memorial weekend, July Fourth - July 2nd-4th, September-Labor Day weekend, Thanksgiving-November 24th-27th, Winter Holiday- December 17th-January 08th, January- Martin Luther King, February - Presidents Day Weekend.

Pet Policy
No pets are allowed on the property or in cabins. Guest with unauthorized pets will be charged a nonnegotiable $250 cleaning fee and required to vacate the premises immediately with no refund of any kind.

General Policy
Check-in 3:00 PM Check-out 11:00 AM. Check-in during Holiday periods could be as late as 5:00 PM. No late check-out during any Holiday periods. Upon check-in a SECURITY DEPOSIT is required of $100 for #1,2,4-12 and up to $500 for #1/2 combo,3,13,14 in a form of a credit card authorization. Limited office hours. If you are going to be a late arrival please make arrangements prior to departure. No late arrivals (after 8:00 PM) on 1 night stay.

NON-SMOKING
We are a non-smoking facility. If you smoke inside one of our cabins your security deposit will be charged $250.00. NON-NEGOTIABLE
